WSJ.com - Cablevision Reports Steep Loss

I have cablevision and am finding the fight between Verizon and Cablevision a good example of how telecom and Cable is merging in the market. In this article, WSJ.com - Cablevision Reports Steep Loss we see Cablevision loosing alot of money on what is probably a big future for the media industry - satellite. They are also gaining market share in high-speed internet, voice (telephone service) and video while Verizon is working to provide the same service over fiber-optic cable to the house. They are just pulling the cable in many neighborhoods around my house! Who is going to win - it is anyone's bet but a good topic for debate! What are your views?
